Terms & Conditions
House Rules
- We welcome guests that are 10 years and older.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building’s common areas.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events are permitted.
- No glass is allowed in or around the pool area.
- A maximum of 4 guests are allowed to stay.
- Guests should please refrain from making loud noises between 21:00 and 8:00.
- Guests are to park in bays allocated for apartment 204.
- Additional cleaning can be requested 24 hours in advance, at an extra cost.
- For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary weekly cleaning service (Monday to Friday) is provided, which includes changing all linens and towels.
Breakage Deposit:
- R3500 for bookings under 15 days.
- 10% of rental value for bookings 15 days and over.
Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The booking is not confirmed until this deposit payment is made.
- Balance Payment: The full balance must be paid within 32 days of arrival. Should the balance not be paid within 32 days of arrival, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the booking.
- Late Bookings: If the booking is made within 32 days of arrival, the full rental value must be paid immediately.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund, less bank charges.
- Cancellation Between Deposit Payment and Balance Due Date (Before Full Balance Paid): If you cancel after making your initial deposit but before paying your full balance, you will forfeit the deposit only if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before check-in; otherwise, deposits are refundable as per general cancellation rules.
- Cancellation Within Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival or No Show: If you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival or fail to show up without notice, you will be charged for the full rental value.
